During the Reporting Period, a total of 9 full time positions were filled. The information required by FCC Rule 73.2080(c)(6) is provided in the charts that follow.

INITIATIVES

The employment unit engaged in the following broad outreach initiatives in accordance with various elements of FCC Rule 73.2080(c)(2):

Hosted Job fair @ Colonial Mall at Glynn Place January 2005, consisting of 18 participating companies accepting employment applications. The fair consisted of On-air commercials and day of event printed marketing about the job fair and it’s participants. In addition, we [Qantum] accepted applications ourselves.
Another is already planned and taking reservations for January 2006.
Participated in local Chamber of Commerce Trade Show March 2005, which gave us an opportunity to explain to attendees, which numbered over 2,000, an overview of stations and employment opportunities such within. Once again, an annual event.
Provided training to management level personnel on methods of ensuring equal employment opportunity and prevent discrimination. Management conference attended by FCC attorney, John Pelkey. May 10^th 2006.
